The International Horticultural Expo runs in Kamiseya, Yokohama from 19 March to 26 September 2027. There is no station at the venue; shuttle buses from four stations are the way in. 600 yen cheaper than the regular price. Book your timed entry as soon as you pick a date.
Gates close at 21:30 with last entry at 21:00, so you get four and a half hours from the evening.
About five one-day tickets. Outdoor gardens need no reservation, so it suits people who drop in often.
Shuttle buses run from four stations. Fares: ¥200 adults, ¥100 children. Pick the station by where you start. Frequency, journey time and timetables are not yet published.

Our take: The exhibits themselves are still unannounced. The concrete news is the self-driving electric bus: the Expo area is about 80 hectares, so its route, stops and fare will shape how people get around the site.
